Webmail Service FAQ

Q. How much storage does the webmail service provide?

A. 100 megabytes.

Q. How come after I signed up for a webmail account it was disabled shortly after?

A. You have to sign up for a webmail account from an authorized IP address. This prevents unauthorized users from signing up for webmail accounts.

Q. How do I change my password?

A. For changing your password, if you logon using the Advanced Interface then click on “Preferences” along the top and then from the drop down menu click on “Change Password“.

In the Basic Interface and Simple Interface you click on “Settings” along the top, then “User Profile” on the left hand side, then a new menu appears on the left, and you click “Change Password“.

Q. What are my POP3, IMAP or SMTP servers so I can use Outlook, Outlook Express or another email client?

A. Your POP3, IMAP and SMTP servers are all going to be mail.yourdomain.com replacing yourdomain.com with whatever domain has been setup for your retirement facility.
