Cable TV Customer Service and Support
Casual office atmosphere in a growing 25 year old company. Customer service representatives are needed to answer customer service requests, provide low level technical support and escalate repairs as needed to our engineering department. This is a support position for existing customers. Training will be provided as you progress in complexity of help tasks. Prior help desk experience is a plus but not required if you have the right attitude and ability to learn.
Must have basic computer skills. Good phone presence and energetic attitude a must in this informal workplace. We have a game room, pool table, table tennis, weight room and summertime outside lunch BBQ and unusual employee fun events. SeniorTV is America’s largest satellite/cable TV provider to nursing homes and assisted living. For 25 years we continue to grow.
Pay scale is commensurate with capability. Starting positions available $27-34,000 annual based on experience and product knowledge with room to grow in various capacities.
